Careers at ehtp

Work With Us!

Since 1958, EHTP has been creating a homeplace for scholars—a space where they are embraced and valued for who they are. Where they are recognized for their inherent brilliance. Where there is confidence in their abilities, so they achieve exceptional outcomes. Where they are free to name systems of oppression—and given tools to dismantle them.

Join the East Harlem Scholars Academies family! We are looking for dedicated individuals to grow innovative, anti-racist, project-based learning. Ideal candidates are equally committed to professional and personal growth, as they cater to the whole child and collaborate with colleagues to disrupt systemic racism and serve as agents of change.

We have new opportunities as we grow our after-school and summer programs, East Harlem Scholars Academies public charter schools, East Harlem Teaching Residency, and our central office, so check back frequently!

If you have any questions and would like further information, please reach out to jobs@ehtp.org.
