EHTP’s after-school Elementary Program serves scholars in grades K-5 and runs 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. During the summer, we offer a 4-week program that runs five days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Please complete the online application below, or download and complete the application form and return it to our offices at 2035 Second Avenue. Completing this application DOES NOT guarantee you entry into EHTP’s after-school program.

In order to apply to EHTP, your child must meet the following requirements:

• Must reside or attend school in East Harlem.

• Must be able to arrive at program no later than 3:30 p.m.

• Must maintain an 80% attendance rate at program.

• Must attend EHTP’s 4-week summer session.

Please note: students who attend schools with a 3:30 pm dismissal time or later do not qualify for our programs
