EHTP’s Middle School Program serves scholars in grades 6-8 on Mondays through Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Please complete the online application below, or download and complete the application form and return it to our central office at 2035 Second Avenue, New York, 10029. Completing this application DOES NOT guarantee you entry into EHTP’s after-school program.

In order to apply to EHTP, your child must meet the following requirements:

• Reside in East Harlem or attend school in East Harlem

• Arrive at program no later than 3:30 p.m.

• Maintain an 80 percent attendance rate at program

• Attend EHTP’s five-week summer session

Please note: students who attend schools with a 3:30 p.m. dismissal time or later do not qualify for our programs
