TAX NOTICE
As we approach year-end, we'd like to share an important update for your charitable giving plans: new federal tax laws taking effect in 2026 will significantly change charitable deduction benefits, with itemized donors only able to claim tax benefits for gifts exceeding 0.5% of their adjusted gross income and high-income donors seeing their deduction benefits capped at 35% instead of 37%—making 2025 the last year to maximize the full tax benefit of your giving under current rules.
Your gift to EHTP supports hundreds of students who are transforming their lives through our literacy, STEM, and Out of School Time programs. Whether you're able to give $5, $50, or $500, your support helps break down barriers to education and creates pathways to success for students who need it most, so please consider making your tax-deductible gift to EHTP before December 31, 2025. As always, we recommend consulting with your tax advisor about your specific situation, and we're grateful for your support and the difference you make in the lives of our students.
